Planning a trip for a big group should not be a full-time job. We put your group in private villas with a shared pool in South Goa, arrange a tempo traveller for the whole stay, and coordinate a private boat day, a heritage afternoon and a long beach dinner on the last night.

Day 1Arrive & settle in
Your tempo traveller collects the group from the airport. Check in to your villas, claim your rooms and spend the afternoon by the pool before dinner at a beach shack.

A private boat takes the group to Grande Island for snorkelling, swimming and a seafood lunch on board, with dolphin spotting on the way back.

A short visit to the churches of Old Goa and the lanes of Fontainhas, then a free afternoon to rest before an evening drive to North Goa for sunset at Chapora Fort and dinner at Vagator.

Carry a government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport or driving licence) for every traveller, including children.
Standard hotel check-in is 12:00–14:00 and check-out 10:00–11:00; early check-in is on request.
Air-conditioning in hill stations may not be available or required; heaters are provided in winter.
Please inform us of any dietary needs or medical conditions before travel.

Prices are per person on twin/double sharing unless stated otherwise, and are indicative and subject to availability and date of travel.

What is the minimum group size?

The package is designed for 8 to 20 travellers. Smaller and larger groups are welcome — we will re-quote the villas and vehicles.

Are flights included in this package?

Flights are not included, so you can choose the airline and timings that suit you. We are happy to add flights from your city to your quotation.

Can this itinerary be customised?
