These terms govern your use of the Tripyarri website and the travel services we arrange. By using the website or confirming a booking, you agree to them.
1. Our role
Tripyarri plans itineraries and arranges travel services — such as accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, flights, visas and insurance — provided by independent suppliers. Each supplier's own terms and conditions also apply to the services they provide.
2. Website content
- Packages, itineraries and photographs on this website are for inspiration and planning. Itineraries can be customised.
- Prices shown are "starting from" prices, are indicative, and depend on travel dates, hotel availability, room type, flight fares and exchange rates.
- A package is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation after receiving the required payment.
3. Quotations and bookings
- Quotations are valid for the period mentioned on them and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- To confirm a booking we require the advance amount stated in your quotation. The balance is payable by the date specified, usually before departure.
- If full payment is not received on time, we may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation charges set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS), where applicable under Indian law, are charged in addition to package prices unless stated otherwise.
4. Travel documents
- You are responsible for holding a valid passport (normally valid for at least six months beyond your return date), visas, permits and any health documents required for your journey.
- Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy or immigration authority. Tripyarri can assist with applications but cannot guarantee an outcome.
- Names on bookings must match your passport or government ID exactly.
5. Changes
- Changes you request after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur supplier charges and an amendment fee.
- Occasionally suppliers change schedules, hotels or services. We will inform you promptly and offer a suitable alternative of a similar standard.
6. Your responsibilities
Please follow local laws and customs, respect the guidance of guides and drivers, and look after your belongings. Hotels may require a security deposit or a credit card at check-in.
7. Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, baggage and personal liability for every trip, and it is mandatory for many international destinations.
8. Liability
We take care in selecting our suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, Tripyarri is not liable for loss, injury, damage, delay or expense caused by the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, or by events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, political unrest or changes in government regulations.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
