How does booking with Tripyarri work?
Send us an enquiry or WhatsApp message with your destination and dates. A travel expert calls you to understand your plans, sends a personalised itinerary and quotation, and refines it with you. When you are happy, you confirm with an advance payment and we take care of every booking.
Are the prices on the website final?
Prices shown are "starting from" prices for the lowest season and standard room types. Prices are indicative and subject to availability and date of travel; your final price is confirmed in a written quotation.
Can I customise any package?
Yes. Every package can be tailored — change hotels, add or remove nights, upgrade rooms or include experiences. We also design trips completely from scratch.
Do your packages include flights?
Most packages are land-only so you can choose flights that suit you. We can add flights from your city to any quotation.
Do you help with visas?
Yes. We provide document checklists, review applications and help with appointments for tourist visas, and supply the itinerary, hotel confirmations and insurance documents embassies require.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfers, UPI and cards. An advance confirms your booking, and the balance is due before departure as stated in your quotation.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on supplier terms. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and talk to your travel expert — we always try to help.
Will someone be available while I am travelling?
Yes. Your travel expert and our operations team are reachable on phone and WhatsApp throughout your trip, and our local partners are on the ground in every destination.
