How it works
How cruise holidays work with Tripyarri
We are a travel agency, not a cruise line: we plan, compare and book on your behalf, and stay with you until you are home. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
-
Choose your line & sailing
Tell us who is travelling and when. We compare cruise lines, ships, routes and cabin categories, and explain the differences in plain words.
-
We check & hold cabins
We check live availability with the cruise line or its authorised agent, and hold your preferred cabin while you decide wherever the line allows it.
-
Flights, visas & transfers
We add flights to the port, hotel nights before or after the cruise, transfers and visa guidance — so the whole holiday sits in one clear quotation.
-
Support while you sail
Boarding documents, check-in times and port tips before you go, and a Tripyarri contact on WhatsApp from the day you book until you are home.
Good to know
Cruise questions, answered
Questions about a particular ship or sailing? Each cruise line page has its own answers — or ask us on WhatsApp.
Are the cruise prices on the website final?
No. They are indicative "from" fares per person, usually for the lowest cabin category on selected sailings. The final price depends on the sailing date, cabin category, number of guests per cabin, port charges and taxes — we confirm it in writing before you pay anything.
What is usually included in a cruise fare?
Your cabin, meals in the main restaurants and buffet, most entertainment and many onboard activities. Speciality restaurants, drinks packages, Wi-Fi, shore excursions, gratuities and flights are usually extra. It varies by cruise line, so your quotation lists exactly what is and is not included.
Do I need a passport or visa for a cruise?
Sailings that stay within India generally need a valid government photo ID, while any sailing that calls at a foreign port needs a passport — and often one or more visas. Rules change, so we confirm the documents for your exact sailing when you enquire.
Can you book flights and hotels with the cruise?
Yes. Most of our guests fly to the port (for example Singapore, Dubai or Barcelona), so we plan flights, a hotel night before sailing where sensible, airport–port transfers and travel insurance together with the cruise.
How early should we book a cruise?
School holidays, Diwali, Christmas and New Year sailings — and balcony or suite cabins — fill up first, so three to six months ahead is a good idea. Short sailings can sometimes be booked a few weeks before departure, subject to availability.
